This cheerful balcony suite on the 3rd floor overlooks the pool and the ocean, which is the best of both worlds. The 3rd floor view is spectacular and the evening glow of the pool can be quite alluring. Inside this condo is the coastal vibe you've been searching for, with all the amenities you'll need while vacationing at the beach. This balcony suite has a queen size Murphy bed in the living room, so if you want to wake up to the sunrise, this would be a great room for you. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven. The oversized flat screen TV will keep family members happy. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a flat screen TV. A great location, great amenities and this one of the few suites on property that does not have a window on the exterior walkway, so extra privacy and a little more peace and quiet, exactly what you are looking for in a seaside condo. Sounds just like paradise found! Please, no pets allowed. This condo is located in the oceanfront building with two elevators, as well as steps nearby. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Taking a shower under a little stream is insane and god help you if someone turns a faucet on.... The keyless entry was a total pain in the *** as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying here and it was amazing from start to finish. Check in and check out was super simple and quick. Beacher’s Lodge was very clean, the room was exactly as described, and all amenities mentioned were provided/accessible. We had issues with one of the air conditioner units not working on our second day and we went to the office about it, there was someone sent to our room within minutes and they had the issue fixed super quickly. The lodge in general was quiet and the perfect distance away from the busiest/crowded parts of St. Augustine so that we didn’t have to drive far to see most attractions (10-25 mins tops depending on which attractions) and the location on the beach was perfect. The private access was convenient and the beach was never super crowded and that’s a huge plus when you have small kids like us. We stayed at the beginning of July and was amazed that the beach wasn’t extremely crowded. We will definitely stay here again and have already decided that Beacher’s Lodge will be our place anytime we come to St. Augustine!!

I loved that the beach was dog friendly and had incredible sunrises. The bed that pulled out in the living room was great with a view and the bed in the bedroom was super comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. The kitchen was nice but lacked some essentials. We cooked almost all of our meals and it could have been better supplied (with pots and cutting board bigger than single use and mixing bowls etc.) We made due and the house cleaners brought us some. The management was super friendly and helpful. My kids loved the extra warm pool. Crescent beach is a wonderful beach. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: WE have never been to this area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather. the view was great and 2-3 restaurants in walking distance. the condo was clean and beds were both comfortable. shower pressure left a little to be desired. we would suggest a bar height table on balcony to prevent the rails from obstructing the view while enjoying the balcony. our small pet came with us and the complex was accommodating for him as well.

The only thing we did not like was no Bedspread...but a thin paper like top. It was chilly. The 1 thin blanket provided was barely sufficient!

Nice for a short get away

For an old property the place is clean and updated and good for a long weekend but not long term. Here are a few pros and cons. Pros: view of the ocean clean nice beachy decor ample parking pets welcome cons: Can hear the people above moving chairs and furniture Uncomfortable, noisy, and small bed The heater is noisy and blows cool air Need a few extra blankets The refrigerator is small and no oven! The kitchen needs more items for meal prep (mixing bowls) All in all we did enjoy our stay!

Beachers lodge

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and had a great ocean view balcony. My daughter loved having the murphy bed instead of a sofa bed. My husband also said the mattress in the bedroom was the most comfortable he has ever slept on and I have to agree. I would love to find out what kind of mattress it was, so I can purchase one. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Nice condo for a little getaway.

This was the perfect condo for me and my little Pekingese for a four night getaway. You could hear & see the waves from the balcony. It was also above the pool. Also, it was an end condo with a view from the bedroom of the intercoastal waterway instead of the the parking lot. If I go back, I'll request this unit.

With two little boys, being able to walk to the beach, then to the pool, then back to the beach, etc. was great. The shower drained slow when we first got there, but maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix and the fix only took another 5 minutes. Other than that, there wasn't really any need to call the property manager. Overall, there are not complaints and only positives to relay. Additionally, we felt safe as social distancing was not an issue. There were times we were the only ones on the beach for several hundred yards in both directions.

Loved the new Crescent Beach restaurant across the street. We will definitely be vacationing here again!!
