Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is located in a lovely part of St. Augustine—quiet, charming, and close to everything. The space was impeccably clean and well kept, which made us feel right at home. Communication and check-in were smooth, and the entire transaction was quick and easy. Great Stay

We had a great stay @ Anastasia Grand. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It is located within walking distance to the historical spots in downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, responsive host

This is a lovely property just across the Lions Bridge from historic St Augustine. It’s an easy walk and very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for an early morning walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. short, 1/2 mile or so walk across the bridge to downtown. Clean and spotless. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again. Parking is easy compared to other locations downtown. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the furnishings, bedding, and towels. Home was very clean and equipped with some coffee, sugar, creamer, bath soap & shampoo, bottled water and even some snacks. Location is perfect because it is in a quiet neighborhood and you could walk to St. Augustine downtown.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is the perfect size for a couple and is only walking distance to downtown (super cool to turn a corner and be able to walk over the bridge), as well as just a few minute drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our little weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet as well. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Wedding getaway…

My now husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding through the end of the week and it was a great experience. Plenty of space for the two of us. Great location, just a quick drive over the bridge to get to the main downtown area.

Clean, modern, convenient, cozy!

This was a great place for us to get away. Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to the best restaurants and downtown is a short walk away over the Bridge of Lions. Lots of room in this updated upstairs condo!

We had a marvelous time! What a great location… walking over the Bridge of Lions to be in town!

It was very clean and comfortable! We got our steps in walking into town and up the stairs. We were so pleased with everything. Our host, Chris, was very reachable when we had a small problem.

Wonderful Rental

This rental is entirely accurate to the photos and it was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Chris is incredibly prompt responding to questions. The location is fabulous - a very quick walk over the bridge to downtown St. Augustine, eliminating the need to use either the garage (20 flat rate) or parking meters (2.50/hr).

Fantastic Stay

Would definitely recommend. The place was spotless, so many wonderful small touches to make our stay easier. Location is fantastic - we walked easily to the historic district each morning across the bridge and it was a quick drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood too. The host was very communicative and responsive.

Short Stay

Just needed a few days to myself. The location was perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants within walking distance on a nice sunny day. Definitely will be staying again if available. I had to re-schedule for a later date and the owner work with me on rescheduling; which was much appreciated.
