Ideally located in the historic St. Augustine neighborhood just two blocks north of Flagler College, 9 Sevilla offers three separate rental accommodations. Each have been completely renovated and provide a wonderful taste of the city's history and charm, as well as easy walking access to the restaurants, landmarks, and shops of St. George Street. We have designated and reserved parking for each unit as well. 9 Sevilla is perfect for those attending a St. Augustine Wedding, Visiting their children at Flagler College, or just a fun week in the oldest city in the America! We look forward to hosting you!
Experience the rich history, and southern hospitality that St. Augustine is so well known for! Our first floor flat is beautifully decorated and has two master suites each with their own private baths. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. A large fully equipped kitchen and open floor plan make Unit A, a great spot for a family dinner or a small get together. There is also a full size washer/dryer and an additional half bath.
St. Augustine is a unique spot on Florida's coast. The historic down town portion of our city is lively and full of exciting historical attractions, musical events, cultural festivals, fantastic restaurants, and beautiful architecture. The beach here is gorgeous and relatively quiet compared to many other Florida destinations. St. Augustine is the perfect location for a family trip. My family and I have lived here for over twenty years and have enjoyed every minute. 9 Sevilla is an easy stroll to the center of town. St. Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island is only a quick drive across the Bridge of Lions. We are also only 15-20 minutes to I-95 and only 45 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport.

Great location, beautifully renovated and decorated. Anything you want within a short walk. Will definitely stay again on a return trip to St Augustine.
Great location as its minutes to walk to the main parts of Saint Augustine, but the property itself is in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable, would love to stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was very convenient, within walking distance of all attractions. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the master bed was not comfortable.

It's a really amazing house. I was happy the whole time I stayed there and the owner was very kind. It was really clean, spacious and satisfying. I wanted to stay longer but I had to go because I didn't have enough time. I really want to go again.
We had an amazing time during our stay! Such a beautiful flat, with everything we needed! Morgan was beyond helpful and made check in and check out seamless. The location is quiet, but a quick walk to all St. Augustine has to offer. We are already trying to plan our next trip back and am so excited to have found this gem!
We had a great time at Sevilla st for the MLK Holiday weekend. The property was as described and Morgan was helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a short walk to the downtown area, and the house was really charming. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the outside area was cute.

Great location, pretty much 7-10 minutes walk to anywhere in Old Town, but a few blocks away from the noise and bustle of the tourist traffic. The unit is perfect. Great layout, modern, spotless. Perfect unit for 2 couples or a family of 4. There are 2 other units in the building, so a much larger group could stay here with lots of privacy. Love this place.
We stayed at 9 Sevilla with our pet! The house was absolutely beautiful. It was so comfortable and peaceful staying there. The house was in walking distance of everything. Morgan was an amazing host. What a rare gem of a find. The location is incredible… a few blocks from everything. The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail for guests was impeccable. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the entire house was a dream. Sitting out front in the Adirondack chairs was such a treat. Morgan was a big part of making our stay comfortable and wonderful. He was attentive and helpful in planning our stay. We would stay at 9 Sevilla again.
We stayed at 9 Sevilla St for a long weekend with our pet. The property is even better than the pictures depict. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The owner met us at the property and made sure we knew where everything was located. We couldn’t have made a better choice for our stay. We walked to Old Town every day and back again in the evening. The property would be very comfortable for two couples or a family. The property was a little large for us but we needed a 1st floor stay for our elderly dog. We would definitely stay again.
Great location. Very clean and well appointed unit. Only issue was we didn’t realize there was another rental unit right above us. Hearing footsteps and voices wasn’t ideal. Also, no cable TV streaming service on Roku. Overall thorough. A good experience.
Three properties on one renovated house with seperate entrances. The lower floor appears newly renovated and had everything needed for a quality stay. Morgan (the host) stayed in touch before arrival and met us there to make sure we were all set. Downtown area and trolley stop is right around the corner - 5 minute walk. Be reminded, we do not travel with any but it is pet friendly. A+ Rating.
