Your unit is conveniently located a steps away from one of only two elevators in Ocean Villas. Ideal for your handicap needs as well as loading and unloading convenience.
This Condo offers three bedrooms (one King Master BDRM /one Queen BDRM/one Twin BDRM/one Queen Sleeper Sofa).
Completely renovated and newly furnished the unit has a beautiful new, open and modern kitchen, Travertine Floors, new furnishings, three large flat screen LCD HD TVs, cable tv, wi fi connectivity, washer/ dryer, and much more.
Ocean Villas offers two large pools for all guests, an Ocean side pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool located immediately outside your rear balcony. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. Both pools have His and Hers bathrooms located poolside.
A large gazebo is located between the beach and the ocean pool. It offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun and foul weather. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs.
Ideally located, Ocean Villas Condominium Community is within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Great beach getaway!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The pools were great and the ease of getting to the beach was great! We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to St Augustine Beach!

Multigenerational family trip

Wonderful family trip! The location can’t be beat. View from the balcony, of the pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard, was amazing! Unit was large and nicely decorated. Clean! Stocked with everything we needed. We will be back and will try to get this unit again.

Quiet get away

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Perfect size property for our family of five. Very clean home and had very comfortable beds. The pools were very nice and the beach was beautiful. Very easy walk to the beach. And the host could not have been more helpful with information on the town and property and assisting us in checking in!

A very nice condo that perfectly suited our family

Loved the view of the lagoon pool. Kitchen is well stocked but could be reorganized to leave room for groceries. The sleeping arrangements are very good for a larger family. We really enjoyed our stay. Particularly liked the elevator being close by.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, amenities were great, very close to pools and easy short walk to beach. Our family of 5 loved this place. Independence Day vacay

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Villas. This unit is strategically located to have views of both pools and the property out towards the ocean. It is a lovely unit with great amenities and a fully stocked kitchen including a crockpot! The host is gracious and quick to provide information and responses as needed. This was our second year staying and we are planning next year’s trip!

Wonderful ocean villas condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas in this condo. We have rented other units in this complex and this was, by far, the nicest. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen. The host is very nice and quick to respond. Comfortable beds. The views are some of the best - pool view from front door and lagoon pool view from back balcony.

The pools and beach access were wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the condo is beautiful. Only slight suggestion would be that the management company check the kitchen for basics. The coffee maker needs replacement and there are very few forks available.

Perfect Location

The property was as described. Great location right near the heated pool. The ocean was just a short walk on the other side of the building. Very beautiful beach. Several drawers are falling apart and can't really be opened or shut easily. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Everything was great. Last couple days they had the bigger pool closed for maintenance. Everything was great could have better Wi-Fi because we couldn’t access very much on the TV since we had issues. We will be back again. Be nice to have some coupons or something like that available to eat or entertainment.

Girl's Trip

Space was definitely big enough for 6 girl's. Bring extra TP. One half used rolls in each bathroom. Bring stand up fan, rooms get hot. Beach buggy is very dry rotted, bring your own. There is a 1/2 dollar size hole in kitchen floor. Afterstubbing toe, put rug over it. Pools and beach were great. Location great gor dining and activities.

Great family place

Everything was just as described. I was hoping to see the beach from our condo. All we could see was a glimpse of where water meets the sky. You can’t see the beach from the gazebo either, there is too many sand dunes between the two. It is a little walk to get to the beach but the property is beautiful and well worth it. The condo and the pools were clean. You have to drive to do any activities or shopping but overall we had a great vacation.

Great Getaway!

First visit ever to St. Augustine Beach and we will be back. Perfect size condo for our family (6 adults and 2 kids - 3 & 8). Very well maintained grounds at Ocean Villas and the condo looks to have been recently upgraded. Locals said our timing was perfect as the crowds and traffic will pick up. We had zero hassles. 2nd floor unit was steps from the elevator and we easily transitioned chairs, umbrellas and coolers/snacks to the beach. Of the two pools, our youngest really enjoyed the zero depth entry. Very convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. All in all, we couldn't have asked for much better.
