Living space
The living room is built for settling in - a comfortable leather sectional, TV with Hulu, and a reading nook lined with built-in bookshelves. Original hardwood floors and timeless architectural details give the space genuine character. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi means those who need to stay connected can do so without sacrificing comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a proper home-cooked meal - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. A dining table gives the group a natural place to gather at the end of the day.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are set up with extra pillows, bed linens, and hangers for a comfortable stay. With 3 beds across the bedrooms, the cottage sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms serve the home, each outfitted with the essentials. One includes a bathtub - a welcome detail after a day of exploring. Hair dryer, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.

Outdoor & extras
The covered front porch with rocking chairs is one of the cottage's quiet pleasures - a spot to sit beneath the palms and watch the neighborhood go by. Out back, the private backyard garden is yours to enjoy at any hour. Beach essentials including towels, umbrella, and blanket are available for your use. Additional conveniences include air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, and keyless self check-in via keypad. Off-street parking for 2 cars is provided on the premises.

Location
Sunny Side Cottage sits just blocks from Flagler College, the Old City, and the restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks that make St. Augustine one of Florida's most visited destinations. Everything that makes this city worth exploring is within easy walking distance.

Dogs are welcome - up to 2 - with pre-approval and additional fees. The home is also well-suited to longer stays for those working remotely or planning an extended visit.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
