Yes, calling all avid outdoors people! Parking available on the property for your boat and launch it in the intracoastal waterway boat ramp that is a 30 second walk from the parking lot. There is also storage for up to two kayaks. 20 minutes drive to Downtown St. Augustine, 12 minutes to The Amphitheatre!

Remove all trash from the unit and discard into the dumpsters located at the end of the parking lot by the tennis courts.
Ensure all keys for the mailbox, tennis courts and pool are placed onto the kitchen counter. Replacement fees will be applied if lost.
