St. Agnes Historic Convent and School Tours and Activities

I was charged twice on my credit card for the same stay. The duplicate charge caused significant financial hardship during my vacation by reducing the funds I had budgeted for my trip, including my entertainment and gambling budget for the week. This billing error disrupted my vacation, caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and prevented me from enjoying the trip as planned. I request that the duplicate charge be refunded immediately and that this matter be resolved promptly. Still waiting on the reverse charges.

Had to ask a few different times for housekeeping over our three nights stay. Garbage was overflowing and needed towels and housekeeping never came to do our rooms. Also the bathroom downstairs by the pool area was disgusting and had no toilet paper even though we had told the front desk it was out the day before. I will say the front desk was very helpful when I needed to work and trying to help me get my Internet set up on my work computer.

Rooms are good. Lobby is hot and humid. Room AC did not cool to what it was set to, but it wasn’t hot. Would stay again.
