"Loved my stay from beginning to end.
The property uses self check-in, which was great because I arrived at an odd time. It went very smoothly. The instructions they sent were very detailed.
My room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Breakfast was quick, convenient, and tasty. The outdoor seating area was lovely.
I can’t say enough good things about the property. "

"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple.
Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay. "

They called taxis for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and made our stay incredibly relaxing. They always took the time to make a personal connection with us. What a great representation of the beautiful people of Sicily! I highly recommend Smart Hotel.
