"The rooms were the basic quality you would expect. Our hairdryer kept stopping because it was overheating and hpusekeeping kindly bought another which sadly sounded like it would explode at any moment... Walls very thin to the point the bed shakes when someone else closes/slams a door and the crossing beeping can be hears thrpugh the window. They are also upgrading the rooms so there was drilling and hammering from about 8am. I was expecting it to be basic but these were a little annoying but for the price I suppose to be expected. Recommend the milk bar Gdansk up the road for easy screen based ordering and good cheap food."
"Great breakfast, spotlessly clean room and comfortable room with high ceiling and large windows, centrally located within walking distance of the Central Train station and the rest of downtown and the Old City—it’s an ideal hotel."
"The room was small but comfortable. No real place to open your luggage but there is a small bench in the room. The hotel has a huge banner hanging on the outside of the building that covers several floors which is unfortunate because it blocks your view."
"Absolutely enjoyed my stay! The hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast options were great and the location was very convenient to many attractions in Warszawa. I would definitely stay again!"
"This is a good, clean, large conference/business-oriented hotel very close to Warsaw's Central Station. The staff are very friendly and good, although we found the standard of service in the Verdant Bar area in particularly to be a bit hit and miss - the drinks menu is very wide, but the food ('bites') menu is somewhat limited. Unusual for an hotel such as this, a great point is that it offers a free self-laundry room as well as a charged laundry service.
The hotel is within walking distance of most of the sights, including the Old Town area. Overall, a very good hotel to stay at if visiting Warsaw.
Note: the hotel is only about eight minutes walk from the Central Station so, if arriving by train and the number of bags you have are manageable, there is no need to hail a taxi. Unfortunately, we didn't check the location of the hotel prior to arriving at the Central Station, so we hailed a taxi and were charged 100zl (around US$27.00) for a three minute taxi ride!"
