"Good property. Good place to stay. Location was good. Good food nearby and lot of shopping areas around. Only thing is staffs were good but could be little more friendly."

"Great spot right on the water, close to local dining and shopping. The best thing was the proximity to the super low cost boat ride to Fort Kochi.

"Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card."

The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent.
Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay.
The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests on what other options are available. But staff was always kind though a bit less attentive."
