"The hotel is sooo dirty and bad i left after 1 night. I wouldnt even keep my dog in a hotel that disgusting. And the receptionist had to ask his boss if i was allowed to checkout. What nonsense. Hotels dot com you need to review this hotel its nothing like the pictures."

"When we arrived at the premises, the staff at the reception was not aware of our pre-paid booking even though we had called the hotel just an hour before the arrival.
The staff had to contact a few people then only we were allowed to check in.
There were no reasonable transport service available with the hotel.
There was only one filthy washroom in a twin double bed room booked for 4 people.
We had informed the staff beforehand that we will be checking out at 5:30 in the morning, but...

"This hotel is literally 15 mins drive from the airport so very convenient whether coming or going. It's about 5 mins to drive into the central Golden Temple area. The reception area is large and comfortable and a surprisingly pleasant place to sit for a hotel reception area, The staff were v good.
