"Pre hospital visit. Receptionist excellent, but air con didn’t work, but she managed to apply a fix. Bag of food waste outside our ground floor window prevented us from having the window open."
"We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff.
