"The staff at the Bahia were super friendly and breakfast was great. The location is also good, being close to some great restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay."

"The hotel is okay. The rooms are clean and it is right next to the beach. As a North American, it’s hard to rate this hotel more than okay, given that there was a musky smell to the room, which I think is typical for hotels located close to the water. The breakfast has a good variety, but I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer hotel next time. "

"A lovely hotel within easy walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants. The staff are so pleasant and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They would be the main reason I would go back there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in that area."

However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive. "The Iberostar Jardin del Sol provided us with an expansive sparkling view of the sea, a gorgeous well maintained pool, and spa amenities for a worry free, relaxing and glorious week! There were plenty of activities- we did yoga, cocktail making lessons, pool aerobics, and a perfume alchemy workshop. Best fun was diving into the sea from the cliff- what a blast. The staff was warm and responsive, and they made us feel so at home! I can't even find words to describe the variety of flavorful dishes in every single buffet, the professionalism of the staff, and the beauty and peacefulness of the outdoor patio setting. The rooms are not glamorous, but the junior sweet is roomy and housekeeping made it feel fresh each day. I wholeheartedly recommend this Iberostar resort. "

"Exceptional hotel, sea views are amazing and worth the extra. Staff are excellent, food is lovely and location amazing, just 2 mins to beach dead opposite. Only critical point would be sun beds, stayed 10 nights and not a chance, sad to say towels down at dawn and no sign of empty beds being removed. Not hotels fault just selfish guests."

"Really enjoyed staying here. Lovely and quiet but just a stones throw from local shops and restaurants and the beautiful beach. Only downside was that the bar closed at 6, the cocktails were lovely and it would have been wonderful to have a few drinks before going out in the evening. "

Highly recommend and will be back!

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sandra was very helpful when we checked in. The studio we booked was with sea view and it was beautiful I really recommend it, also it has all the amenities. The pool was great and Juan and August were very warm and welcoming too! There are many steps to get to the hotel as other people have pointed out so if you can’t walk up all the stairs this might not be the right place for you. Taxis are very expensive to get around. The hotel has the free beach shuttle that operates certain hours and you book with them. They take you down to the beach and take you back at the hotel, but if you want to go out for food in the evening the steps cannot be avoided unless you are ok to pay more than £30. To get to the hotel from Palma you either get a taxi for more than £50 and I guess depends on the month and how busy it gets or take the bus for less than £10 and then unfortunately go up the stairs holding the luggage(what I did). For me I love the hotel and I will be back but I need to say certain things that might not be ok for some people and need their accommodation to be easily accessible. "
