"Weather was great glad I took my sweater even though was the end of June because it was cool at night, beautiful view of the mountains nice and quiet, I just had to learn how to self check-in (nice lady that is in charge of the place helped me) for check out, I could not do it I hope I don't get charged for not check out.my first time. Over all I would go back again and again and will in my next trip next year."

"This property was a good location for what we needed. It had just enough entertainment for our kids to forget there was no pool. I love the little details like the headboard light, the mini fans next to that to give some airflow, and the perfect nightlight for the bunkbeds for the kids. It made them feel much better.The owner was responsive, kind, and pretty quick to respond. The house was in a quiet suburb area and this made for quicker travels for us to places we wanted to go.My positives: the little details like night lights in bathroom and bedrooms, the fans for when it got hot, the arcade game kept my kids plenty entertained, the location was good, the pull out sofa, and the TV with streaming services already hooked up. Great water pressureMy negatives: not an equipped enough kitchen to have frozen pizza even, no coffee machine, the whole place had a weird smell most of the time, no extra hand towels or paper towels for cleaning any messes.There were no hand towels or paper towels to clean up any water spills or other messes. I was not informed of there mot being a working coffee maker so not having a coffee maker made things tricky for getting that wake up help in the morning. There were alot of crumbs in the couch so when we went to use the sofa bed alot of those flopped onto the bed. The door handle to get in gets super hot to the touch during the day so be careful grabbing it when opening the door.Overall worth the price and would recommend."

"Spotlessly clean, well stocked with the essentials, beautifully furnished and updated, cute patio area, quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Would certainly recommend this house to others and would stay there again. It was a perfect place to stay during our trip to Springville."

"Lovely place, beds were awesomely comfortable. Nice neighborhood for walking the dog. Breakfast setup was pretty much what one would expect from a B and B, simple but it worked. What we didn't like was lack of an electric tea kettle so we couldn't have tea at night and morning. Barely any kitchen-like utensils or ways to create even a simple meal- only microwave and tiny frige. Lighting was pretty bad in kitchen and main room, ceiling lights extraordinarily harsh and bright so not usable. A floor lamp would be a nice addition- kitchen was especially difficult lighting. "

"Suite 8 was super clean, pet-friendly with a nice little fridge and Keurig coffee set-up. I was on a road trip and able to park my fully-loaded car right outside my door which made me feel good. The neighborhood is great for walking and there were nice restaurants nearby. The only downside with the room was that you could hear people walking upstairs (due to the historic nature of the old building) and for some reason, they stayed up late the night I was there. So, it was a little hard to sleep, but still a nice stay overall. "
