"Excellent recent stay here. Very clean with friendly, helpful staff, and very good breakfast. Close proximity to the historic stockyards. Most importantly, received call/ voicemail from manager shortly after we checked out regarding our credit card apparently found in our room by housekeeping offering to dispose /cut the card. Deeply appreciated such honesty and help! Highly recommend!"

"The manager Rebecca was so welcoming and gave me the best customer service experience when staying here. She was professional, friendly and helpful as these days it’s hard to find around these parts. The cleanliness and quality of my room and entire building actually are hands down the best when compared to other 6 hotels very close proximity. The housekeeping staff are funny warm and also very professional I usually have to go in and wipe most things down but I am greatly satisfied and impressed by this team and hotel. To say the least this place gets a 10 and is the best bang for your buck. Thanks for caring and making me feel comfortable and can’t give enough credit to the cleanliness and overall management of the hotel. "

"Roxanne, and the entire front desk staff were excellent in every way. I will definitely return to this location. Also the staff @ the WXYZ lounge were kind and friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast or meals there, I was off property during those times, however I did enjoy some lounge snacks while watching a football game and shooting pool."
