"We return every year for a two night stay at this property. The owners and staff are pleasant, easy to work with regarding arrival time, and maintain clean accommodations. There is nothing fancy about the rooms and, like many Cape Cod inns and motels, it is dated, but they are more than sufficient for a place to stay and rest for the night. The rooms include a refrigerator and a window air conditioner which was more than sufficient to keep us comfortable during a rather hot and muggy period on the Cape. A light continental breakfast and coffee is available in the morning. The real stand out here are the BEAUTIFUL grounds, with plenty of comfortable seating to take in the river and surrounding salt marshes. As an added bonus, kayaks are available for guest use. We love kicking off our Cape Cod vacation here!"

"The cottage was cute, the deck is great and the hosts are lovely.The dirt road getting there is rutted and long and the beach is all rocks which doesn’t make for good/easy walking. You can hear the waves from the deck and nothing beats the sea air."

"The raised deck and proximity to the beach were standout amenities to this property. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Our party included four guests with one couple and two singles so we utilized both bedrooms and the loft. The outdoor shower, clean Weber grill and updated appliances all contributed to an overall wonderful experience."

"It was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and I probably made a mess cleaning up. I would definitely stay there again, the location was perfect."
Relax On Your Own Private Beach + Waterfront Home on Cape Cod Bay

"The beachfront location was fantastic. And the living space was large and accommodating for three generations of family staying at the house. We loved the beach and outside areas. And kitchen was well stocked. Beach is rocky, but we were prepared with water shoes. We enjoyed fire and s’mores on the beach at night. Bedrooms are very small. Property is listed as sleeping 14, but there are only beds for 10. The additional beds are air mattresses. We did know this before booking. However, because the rooms are small, it was a tight fit with the air mattresses. I would not list this property as sleeping 14. Overall it is a great beachfront property. Well maintained. And easy to get to. We would recommend."

"Home and location are amazing. It has everything you need for a week-long stay at the beach. You won't want to leave the house, but if you do, there is a lot within a short drive. Some of the rooms get bright in the morning sun, so I was glad we brought a sleep pod for our baby."

"Perfect beach home on the Cape!This house has everything you need for a great family vacation. The location is excellent and the home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, any kitchen items you need, and all things you might need on the beach. Nothing was missed and Shannon was helpful with anything we needed. Our family particularly loved bonfires on the beach and the ease and simplicity of having the beach out our back door. We felt lucky to be able to stay in such a great home remembering our humble cape vacays from our childhoods."
