One of the top motel 6

This motel 6 is prob the best one I stayed in, location was good, the remodeled suite is awesome. A lot things near by. Still remodeling other rooms but we’re very courteous of to the guest.

Dirty tub and the phone dudnt work. Had to change rooms. No pots, pans or cutlery with a full kitchenette. Actual service and attention to complaints?? PERFECT SERVICE!!! The company is not keeping up with needs of guests however the team responds well. IMPRESSED

Both assistant managers are very professional accommodating. Been staying here with my wife for about 4 months now as we look for our place of residence. Studio is very well kept and Staff have great customer service. The only reason I’ll keep staying here.

It's a livable room for a low price

Nice people - gave me free dryer sheets. The place was freshly painted with remodling paper still taped to the floor. Amenities were excellent with a large fridge & kitchenette. Unfortunately, the guest before me had used the cooktop; the place reeked of fried onions. I was there 3 days & the smell was still lingering.

Lighting for pics was weird. View of a bridge behind the parking lot.

Full fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove top, sink with disposal. Coffee & ice cube trays, too.
Also has iron/board & heavy metal hangers.

STAY AWAY!!!

The entire place smelled of cigarette smoke, very dirty, housekeeping never came once despite multiple requests. Trash in the hallways, one elevator working which was so so so slow. Front desk was nice-ish, but wouldnt give new sheets at 8 PM because "its not allowed." Towels apparently not included, ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. OH and despite having a kitchenette we were not given pots or pans. Gross and unkempt. You're better off sleeping in your car, its probably cleaner

The room was clean and lots of hot water. The kitchenette was nice, it would have been better if it was more clear. A fully functional kitchenette does not include any utensils, plates or pots. Our only issue was at check in. Our room was supposed to be non smoking. It took quite a long time for the young man to check us in, going back and forth between two computers and at one point even using his phone. Our room ended up being a smoking room. He said that’s the way we booked it. Our room was prepaid and my receipt showed non smoking but he was unwilling to rectify the issue. Other than that, the room was close to the metro and other food and shopping options.

It was a horrible experience since we stayed there. Always had a issue with the lady that usually works mornings. She always has an attitude everytime you ask her a simple question. Like if you don't want to be there don't work there. We were living in the studio 6 side for almost 2 months waiting for an apartment but had issues always having to do the deposit and one day we asked her can it just roll over so we don't have to keep paying she caught an attitude and told us no we're no the only staying long term she has people that been living there for 5-6 months and they have to do the same thing. Anything you ask her she always has a smart remark. Then the housekeepers you have to chase them down for trash bags toilet paper and fresh towels because we requested no service but was able to get fresh linen and things. So I didn't understand what that problem was either. It was just bad experience.

They really messed up our reservation. We were supposed to have a Studio 6 room w/ King Bed, Non-Smoking. The first room may have been that but the door refused to unlock and open. Then they gave us a room w/ only a Queen Bed and was a Smoking room (stunk!) . We couldn't stay there..finally after about an 1.5 hrs (missed our engagement we came up for because of all the delays) they gave us a larger room w/ 2 Queen Beds and only a small fridge instead of a Kitchen w/ a full fridge like what we originally reserved. Before they gave us that room we were promised a $50 refund toward, but that has NOT showed up on our card...its been a week.

One of the worst place I have ever stayed. Smells terrible. And I had an incident. The bathroom door got locked and I called the front desk guy to get the key to open the door. Instead he brought a screwdrivers and broke the key to the bathroom and that’s fine but later when I accidentally close the bathroom, it locked the bathroom again and there is no way to open the bathroom door because the Friend desk guy broke the lock alreadyand I went back again downstairs to ask if they have any screwdrivers to open the bathroom but the radio there gave me a pair of scissors to open the door. What if I got struck inside the bathroom without the phon. Terrible and unsafe place. Never recommend anyone to use this.
