Close to everything but private and quiet& newly added Hot -tub spa and Day-bed with full bed & twin bed downstairs in livingroom . You could walk to several dining spots in a 1 mile radius or ride a bike.🚲 Buck Creek State park is minutes away as is the Clark County fair grounds , Yellowsprings ( Home to Dave Chappelle & Antioch College ) nearby is Cedarville University and Wittenberg University (Springfield) Wright- Patterson Airforce Base is 21 miles or 35 mins exactly from the house . SPRINGFIELD-Splash Zone great for outdoor family fun in the sun. Veterans park has outdoor free concerts Wednesday thru Sunday night starting at 8pm . Downtown Columbus is 40 mins away. This rental was a perfect location for us at a great price compared to local hotels this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the pictures were. Very clean with comfortable furniture. Great first time Vrbo experience.

Stayed for the weekend and it was awesome. The house was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Really delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Neighborhood was a little noisy Saturday night but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely stay again.

Economical Stay in Springfield

The house is very clean and well equipped. There are plentiful towels and very simple check-in and checkout. It was a bit offsetting that they left what people had left in the refrigerator in the bathroom so there’s quite an array of shampoos available to use if you don’t bring you around. I would recommend that the refrigerator would be cleared out after every guest because it’s just a hazard you don’t want to take on the ice in the refrigerator tasted like the fish that was in the refrigerator so cleaning it out would probably be a better solution. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

2nd stay - one of our faves!

Love this place! This was our second stay. The neighborhood isn't high end by any means - but we never felt unsafe. Decor is modern and everything is clean. Lots of space to spread out. The hot tub is fantastic. Sheldon was super responsive to communication. We plan to stay again!

Clean, well decorated house with anything you might need to feel at home. We had children, there were games, outdoor toys, comfortable beds, even ALEXA. Very comfortable!

Absolutely beautiful house, probably the nicest we've stayed in as a rental. The neighborhood was loud, lots of older cars and motorcycles. but was in a very convenient location. We would certainly visit again!

The property was beautiful on the inside and had all the accommodations we needed. The host was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay had everything we needed. The location isn’t ideal and was loud through the night when trying to get quality rest and get up early.

Great get-away for friends

The photos do not do this place justice! This home is lovely, complete with 3 bedrooms upstairs (king, queen, double/ twin) and a day-bed in the living area. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub with grape vine privacy curtain was a nice touch! Area surrounding home felt a little rough, but I was not worried about the safety of my group. Would stay here again!

Great stay

Only stayed one quick night while passing through, but the home was clean and fit our family of 7 well. 3 bedrooms: 1=twin and queen, 2=king bed, 3=queen. We also used the bed in the family room. We enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub. Initially we were concerned about parking our vehicle on the street in the neighborhood, but we parked out front where there were cameras and we didn’t have any problems.

Not a bad weekend stay. Definitely an improvement over the hotel stays we typically have. Was nice for all to have their own rooms and beds. House was nice and had a few extras (tvs, pcs, yard, hottub, towels, etc). Beds were very comfortable. Surrounding area a little sketchy looking but we didnt have any issues. We were less than 10 minutes from all needs... groceries, candy store, ice cream shop, champions lake, gas, etc.

Christmas get away

Driving down the street was worried property wouldnt be all that it showed. Have had that happen before. But once we walked thru the front door our minds was set at ease. The place was very clean, more well equipped than i imagined it would be, and the beds and furniture so very comfy!! The hot tub was very relaxing! We didnt venture out other than the event we went down there for the place was so relaxing! One of the best experiences ever. The kids wanted to stay longer but i had to come back for work. I and the kids agree we would definitely book the same place again and go back!!

Indy Vacation

On our way to Indiana for the Indy 500 and stayed for the night. Very clean home! Had everything you could possibly need. WAY better than a hotel!! Hot tub was fantastic! Hot and ready to go. Kids absolutely loved it! Only critique would be a second shower because all of us needed one before we left but we made it work. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of places to sleep and rest. Felt very safe with the security system in place. Thank you for such a great home! Would highly recommend!

Comfy & Cozy! Nice Hottub & Yard!

House was very clean and modern, the bed/sofa in the living room was so comfy we ended up sleeping in it! I appreciated the piano, even though I can’t play anything other than a few notes, lol. The hot tub was very relaxing and I loved the grape vine allowing privacy from the street! My only complaint was the motion censored camera and lawn lights, every slightest movement would set them off and it felt like constant strobe lighting. Other that that it was a nice place!

One night stay with big family

Everything was clean, check-in was a breeze. Home is neat and appears well cared for. It is loud outside when you are trying to sleep with lots of car noise (people cruising/tires squealing/peeling out) and dogs barking. We were charged an additional $50 for damage to a sheet that I am suspicious was not caused by our group, but there is nothing I can do to prove that it was not us, of course. Shelton was kind during any interaction we had. Happy with the stay with the exception of the unwarranted additional charge.

Such an amazing house. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one, by far, was the cleanest and nicest. Rooms were huge. Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Close and convenient to shopping and food. We visited the Air Force Museum and Clifton Mills for their Christmas Lights. It was awesome. We’ll be back this summer to enjoy the weather!
