We arrived later than planned only to find out Hampton (not Expedia) had booked us in a smoking room. There is no way I choose a smoking room. Only thing I can think of is that Hampton (thinking we weren't coming) released our room to another and had a "contingency" room on standby for us. There was mold in the shower, the room appeared to have not been used for some time. The TV did not work (the employee told us it didn't work).

Our stay was great. I called before arriving to ensure that they knew I was bring a pet and asked to be near a back exit. they accommodated my request. If you are traveling with the pet this is a great place to stay - they have a large area to walk pets and have a potty station with bags as well. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. When in the area we will stay again.

I am a die-hard Hampton Inn guest but this property was horrible at best! TV did not work and we were told we would received a credit - we did NOT! Crumbs on floor, walls patched and not painted, lamp on one side of bed did not work, ONE electrical outlet on desk and no USB ports. - no breakfast for us - Could not get out fast enough!!!

Not so happy with this Hampton

I was very happy to a Hampton inn available for the nights stay the night man was as nice as they come. But I don’t think it’s a corporate property It doesn’t have the comfortable beds that I accept when spend the extra money to stay there. This place seemed like a comfort inn with a Hampton sign. Breakfast was disappointing as well. I stay at a lot of Hampton inns and this one put out the bare minimum. This wasn’t a bad stay it was clean and the workers are nice but you can tell the owners don’t care about repeat business
