Welcome to our newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. Located directly behind CoxHealth Medical Center and near Springfield’s Medical Mile, this home is a comfortable and convenient place to stay for families, medical visits, or anyone looking for a central location with a peaceful feel.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and room to relax after a long day. The home features three queen bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a dining table that seats up to eight. Bathrooms are stocked with everyday essentials to help make your stay easy and stress-free.
Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding or letting kids play. You’ll have full access to the home with easy self check-in, except for a small set of locked cabinets in the laundry room. Due to the nearby hospital, occasional emergency vehicle noise may be heard, but the neighborhood itself is quiet and family-friendly. We’re always happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Very cute house! Lots of space for gathering and theres a handful of board games if you need an indoor activity. Best water pressure I've ever experienced at a rental house. Kitchen is fully functional and lots of room in the yard for dogs to run.
