Amazing Best Western property, has to be one of the nicest on my trip up the I5 to Seattle. Staff has said the hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Shopping mall as well as many restaurants are walking distance from the property. Thanks for the great stay!

Renovated but still has glimpses of the old property. Beds and pillows were good. Front desk staff were nice enough. Travelling with children, we called down to the front desk to ask if the breakfast area had any high-chairs for kids. Was told no. But when we went down, there was a high-chair with buckle. The best part was the water pressure in the shower. After a long day of driving, having water pour down on you with force feels great. We didn't have time to use the amenities. Would stay again if similar properties were more expensive.

We liked the professional, friendly, helpful staff who checked us in at the at the front desk. The bathroom fixtures (sink, tub, toilet) were clean, but there were streaks on the walls, dust on baseboards, hair and tiny ants on the bathroom floor.

TV channels good once we figured out which remote (there were two, no labels); Toilet was low to the ground and hard to stand up without a grab-bar... and there was a very barky little dog down the hall who was till barking until almost 11 pm. :-( We'd do it again, but ask for a room with a toilet seat a little higher off the floor.
