Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property and the hosts had thought of every detail. The property felt very welcoming. The home was impeccably clean. The house were in constant communication and I felt like I could reach out to them if we needed anything, but we had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone the home decor is so cute, it’s a perfect blend of bourbon, antiques, and modern pieces.

Chasing the Perfect Bourbon

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, roomy, well kept and within easy reach of most of the Bourbon trail. If your goal is to visit as many distilleries as possible in a short period of time, then this is the place for you! The hosts are always accessible and very responsive, There are also several restaurants available within a few miles. We had a great stay and look forward to a future stay.

Absolutely delightful!

The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and beyond my expectations. Everything was well appointed, labels so you could easily find items in the home, etc. The bathrooms were all updated and the rainfall shower in the Master was wonderful. I loved the artwork and the bourbon bottles throughout the house.

I simply can’t say enough about this stay. Our amazing hosts were communicative and helpful. The house was warm and welcoming. The amenities were perfect. We slept so well, especially after the hot tub! From ghost stories in the basement to family meals at the large table- we loved every single moment!!! I’d definitely return!

Great homebase!

We stayed here for a week while we explored the bourbon trail. Four adults and a small dog were very comfortable! It was great for everyone to have their own room and having two & a half baths was fantastic. It was clean, well labeled, and well stocked. The A/C works great - we had a heat wave during our visit & we were thankful for it! We were able to visit a couple distilleries and it wasn’t even that far of a drive to Louisville so we drove there one day. Great house and location! Hosts were very responsive when I had questions.

Unique house, very clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was period appropriate with several modern upgrades which made it very unique. Everything was labeled for convenience and hosts offered numerous amenities that some forget. House is conveniently located near numerous distilleries, and the hot tub was wonderful after a chilly day of tastings and shopping! Having king beds in all 3 rooms was perfect for 3 couples. Owners were very responsive and even offered to mail forgotten items. Very hospitable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

We were so impressed with the decor of the home and cleanliness which made it very comfortable to stay in. The owners responded promptly with every question we had. Very easy to work with. My only complaint is with VRBO and not the owners. All the fees and taxes almost doubled what the price stated would be for the stay, this happens with every rental thru this company. They double fee every stay, renter and owner. Would be nice in the listing if that was all stated clearly.
