"Room smelt musty and sheets felt unwashed. Staff checking in was amazing and very kind! "

"The room was clean but the walls are paper thin and heard everything out very loud neighbors said and did. The hotel was booked out or we would have moved rooms."

"Very clean rooms, and nice staff members. The only thing I didn't like was the empty body shampoo when I was taking a shower the first night, which of course was replaced with a new one the next morning. "

"Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming"

"They are not always clean staff doesn’t pick up dirty towels and they have sewage issues bath tub gets backed up from time to time with poo but they will give you another room but also means pack your things and move to another room area is somewhat safe "

"The house was BEAUTIFUL and so so relaxing! It was so fun to sit outside and watch the boats go by. Communication was great and super quick at responding. We would definitely stay here again! "
