This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a full kitchen/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay. Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $50/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

Clean, spacious comfortable apartment! Loved the location, steps away from the park entrance! Only thing parking area is small and doesn’t have the spaces labeled. Still was able to get a parking space
What a great home base for our trip to Zion. Location is unbeatable just a short walk to the park entrance. Having a parking spot is clutch too. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for my family! It was spacious and extremely close to the entrance. There were many dining options very close by!
The best part about this property is the location. You can walk into Zion in 5 minutes. We hiked The Watchman, and took off right from the door of our apartment.
We could walk across the road to the entrance to Zion National Park. It was perfect. The place is small, but fit all 5 of us nicely. We wanted to be outdoors as much as possible so we didn't spend much time other than sleeping! It was ideal for our purposes.
Nice location close to park entrance. Friendly owner with quick responses! A little hard to find at first, but really enjoyed the convenient location during the stay :)

Our annual girls trip took us to Zion this year. We loved the location of this property, as it was just a short walk to the gates of Zion National Park. The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and allowed our group of 6 to spend more quality time hiking and out of the car, due to the close proximity to the park and local shops. Our group highly recommends this property!
We loved the location of this rental! We were able to walk to the Zion entrance. We also walked into the town area for some shopping and could catch the shuttle back. Worked great for our family!

The location is perfect! It’s a 5 minute walk to Zion shuttles and 10 minute walk to many restaurants in Springdale. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast including plenty of coffee pods. Extra towels were a bonus. The only downside is the noise from Subway at closing time 9-10pm. Bring your earplugs. Otherwise a great stay.

We booked this property for its location. It is right outside Zion National Park. It was easy for us to walk right into the park and there are shops, restaurants and convenience stores close by. We had our own parking spot and did not have to worry about getting a parking spot at the park or in town (because those fill up) which was lovely. We did a big hike each morning and came back to rest for a bit before going back out. The apartment had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep, watch tv, get on Wi-Fi, shower, etc.
We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. The host has been super responsive when we had little issue with an appliance, which got fixed almost immediately. The only caveat I would have is we can hear a lot of the appt#3 from the room, so I guess it depends of your neighbours at the time of stay. Definitely recommend this stay!
Great location right across from Zion national park entrance. Is above a subway and the parking was a little confusing at first, as well as a bit more difficult to carry your belongings up into the apartment through 3 doors and uphill. Hot water and shower was not always steady and sometimes got a cold shower. love the location and easy access to Zion. Plenty of room and quite comfortable. Lots of space and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Located literally across the street from the entrance to Zion National Park, this was a perfect fit for a father-son outing or for up to 3-4 people. Right across the street you will find e-bike rental, a restaurant with excellent pub-style food, a store for groceries and supplies, coffee shop and more. The Thai fusion restaurant next door is quite good and other options are walking distance or a short ride on the Springdale shuttle. The apartment also comes with a dedicated parking space. The apartment itself is compact with one bedroom and bath, but well supplied. The Zion shuttle stop is also right across the street. Location location location!
This property is literally less than a 5-minute walk to the entrance of Zion National Park. It's across the street from Zion Village where there are places to eat and shop. You can also walk down the street for additional options. The convenience of this location cannot be overstated. The property itself was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space. The property is above a Subway/Pizza restaurant. In the hallway, you could smell the food from below, but it was not noticeable in the unit. Additionally, we did not hear any noise from below. We would stay here again if in the area!
The location is as advertised. I don't think we could have gotten any closer to the entrance without actually staying in the park. The parking was not great, and our reserved spot was not always reserved. But we did not get towed, so I can't complain too much. The place was clean and comfortable with nice touches, such as a Keurig and pods available for use. I wish it had a full length mirror, but that's about all it lacked. Otherwise it was fabulous and I would totally stay there again.
You wouldn't think this was a good spot since its right behind a Subway but it's amazing. The location is perfect - steps from Zion outfitters (for gear rental) and the entrance of Zion National Park. No need to take any other shuttles other than the one in Zion Park itself. The unit was much nicer than we expected based off of the photos. There is full laundry with detergent and dryer sheets. There is a full kitchen and fridge. The bathroom is updated and has shampoo and conditioner (large bottles to last your stay). You get a parking spot to use during your stay. You won't need to use your car the entire time since you just need to walk across the street to get into Zion Park. There is a super cute coffee place a block away that opens at 630am. There is a slight smell when you walk into the common area of the building from the subway but you don't smell it once you get into the unit. We enjoyed and recommend!

There is a very strong odor from the Subway restaurant below. When I shared this concern with the owner and told him we would need to find other accommodations, he agreed to refund half of our payment for the second night if we were able to leave by 11am. At 10:30am, an irate man showed up at the door, insisting we leave immediately. We had to pull wet laundry out of the dryer and throw it in our suitcase. The property is very convenient and well- maintained on the inside, but does have an odor so is not a good choice for people sensitive to smells. Unless, of course, you love Subway sandwiches.
Super convenient to Zion – would gladly stay again
My two 20-something sons and I stayed at this Springdale property for four nights during our recent trip to Zion National Park. What a great pick it turned out to be! I’d say the number one advantage is how incredibly close to the park entrance we were. We could walk out our door and be inside the park in mere minutes. Not having to deal with the Springdale shuttle and/or parking saved us time and made our trip all the more enjoyable. We found the apartment to be spacious, clean, with comfy beds - and it was pretty well appointed (tho I would have appreciated more washcloths to allow for a fresh one every day). Our host, Jack, reached out to us mere minutes after our arrival and responded quickly to any questions we had. Being above the Subway was no issue – no noise, and although the Subway smell was evident in the hallway we did not smell anything in the unit. We even picked up a quick lunch there one day to bring back to the apartment. Parking worked out fine – we provided Jack w our license plate number so that if someone was in our spot we could use another parking spot in the lot without issue. Super pleasant stay – would definitely come back if vacationing here again!
