"The hotel manager really needs to fix a lot of things. We were moved 3x in one night. There are many maintenance issues and I understand that he/she may not have known of the issue. But I’d housekeepers are really doing their job they would make it know that the A/C unit and showers are not working in the rooms. Also, locks are not secured because they are broken. I noticed in the three rooms anything that was of metal was rusted. They just need to inspect each room and make the necessary improvements. The staff was amazing and very attentive to my concerns and did their best to make our stay comfortable. I would give the staff 5 stars but property score a 2-3 stars. Only some type of star on property because the last room was very comfortable and the kids loved it. I select Comfort suite often when I travel and suggest it to others. Thank you "

"The host was very friendly and helped resolve issues I experienced throughout my stay.The Good:Very friendly and responsive host.The Bad:The listing photos need to be updated. I arrived to find the bedroom had two beds instead of one as shown in the pictures.The apartment was not very clean upon arrival (sticky kitchen surfaces and hair on the towels). I contacted the host, and she did send a cleaner the same day, which I appreciated.The check‑in process needs improvement. I had to call the host for instructions because it wasn’t clear how to find the apartment.There were no check‑out instructions, and I ended up getting locked out because the host had the wrong check‑out time.Overall, the place itself isn’t bad, but the listing needs to be updated and the check‑in/check‑out process could use more organization."

"Hot tub, pool, appliances and showers all worked great. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. The lot itself is pretty secluded from the neighbors so we never felt like we were disturbing anyone. Great space and great host."

" We loved our stay! The house was lovely and ended up being the perfect place for an extended family vacation. We watched movies in the home theater, roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, and enjoyed the giant spa bathtub! We really loved the neighborhood—I think the only neighbors we ran across were a few local deer. As a group of only women and little kids, we never felt unsafe at the house or in the area. It is clear that the owners put a good deal of thought into the amenities in the house. The mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with pans and everything we needed to cook and the basement had tons of entertainment for the kids. The owners left us a basket of snacks, extra toothbrushes and even an assortment of face masks in addition to tea and coffee. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing retreat. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again!"
