"4 hours to check in. Had to wait in lobby with two young children. We had a reservation for weeks, but they had nothing available.
Someone threw up in pool area and possibly in pool. All they did is run a wet mop and call it good. We did not use pool area. Would like a refund from Expedia."

"Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different."

"We had a fantastic time and the space worked really well for our needs. Major highlights for us was the provided appliances in the kitchen were plentiful and made it easier to stay in. The available firewood was really appreciated and the VHS tape collection was fantastic and well enjoyed."
