Family Trip for Thanksgiving

Family travelled to be with other family members for Thanksgiving. House was perfect to give us space and comfort more like home than a hotel and very comfortable.

Stayed here while visiting family. Wonderful pool. Great communication with the owner. Please don’t let my rating on cleanliness hold you back. The owner had to hire out cleaning due to the hurricane. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Hill Retreat

Our stay here was nothing but perfect for our family! The house was well maintained and spacious! The pool was fantastic for the kids and grandkids! Our hosts were very nice and answered any questions we had right away and kept us informed of pool cleaning (once a week) and ground maintenance! It was a pleasure using their home for our vacation! We will be back!

We needed a place to stay at while visiting family in Springhill for Christmas. The owners were more than accomidating. The even sent a message before check-in to tell us we could check-in as early as we wanted to, the day of. Which was much appreciated! The neighborhood was nice and had plenty of shopping options within driving distance. We even saw the turtle! stursawturtle!

Beautiful home

We have been coming to Florida to visit family for several years now and I have to say this home has been the BEST home we have stayed in so far!!!! It far exceeded our expectations and it is an absolutely beautiful, well kept up home!!! Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and all sorts of cooking appliances for you to use. You really won't need anything but your food and drinks. We spent most our time sitting and lounging on back screened in patio. The pool is an added bonus to this wonderful rental!! We had the best vacation!!!!

You have to read the instruction manual to make sure the doors are locked correctly. There was a destructive party there before us (other renters), so some damage. The owners were aware and tried to fix ad quick as possible before we arrived. Beds were clean, not the most comfortable but good enough. Loved the spa tub. Everything was clean. The pool was somewhat cold, solar heated and the weather was cooler while we were there so we figured we may not be able to use it anyways. When we did swim it was nice and clean, there was even floaties for us to use. They dont list it but theres a grill to use too, we didnt end using it but its there. Everything you need is in the kitchen. My only complaint would be we didn't see the wild turtle that lives on or near the property!

FEELING LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Our stay was wonderful, we had wished for better weather, but we got a few good days and made the best out of those that weren’t. Everything was very local but also away from the main drag, so it was quiet. Just the way I like it. I brought my mom and my two kids and visited my brother as he lives in the same area. Honestly the only thing wrong was the comfort of the beds, a bit to stiff, especially for older people. We would have like to get more used of the pool, which is naturally heated bit the sun was not in our favor. We had a great time and it was so nice to make breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen area which was my favorite. The place is super spacious. The hostesses are super nice and so was the property manager EVolve which we used to book on VRBO. Our first time doing it and I can’t wait to go through this avenue instead🥰.

Spacious getaway

I was given a contact name and email. I reported a few concerns I had and so ive been gone a full week now, I have still yet to hear from anyone. I will only share the items I had issues just in case they actually reach out to me. Coffe pot unusable, 2nd living room tv did not work, dishes were very dirty, in 3 bathrooms a total of maybe 1 roll of tp, tp holder hanging Other than that, we loved the size of the pool, the location was out of the busyness yet close enough to get to where we wanted and needed. My one major issue, I suffer from migraines, I can typically handle the heat, but at night time for sleeping or when I have a migraine coming on. They controlled the thermostat. I have never stayed somewhere where they did that.This was my 10th or 11th home rental. The sign says its state law to keep no lower than 72, but they locked it at 74. You do your own research if its a law. That was so hard when I ended up with a migraine and needed it cooler. All in all, it was what I needed it to be. A place to come visit my son and enjoy florida for a week.
