"To be honest, the Westin is the only place I stay when I travel to San Antonio Texas now. It’s my home away from home. I’ve become familiar with some of the people who work there and it is always a joy to see them when we travel."

"The front desk staff is excellent! Flight was late but the shuttle came in just a few minutes to pick me up. When I arrived they had my key all ready for me. My travel partners got delayed and I had to hang out in the lobby after checkout. The staff was very accommodating and brought me water and kept checking on me. Excellent breakfast too!"
