This was an anniversary trip for my wife and I. The seclusion was perfect. Hardly heard a peep from the neighbors. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.
The house and location were amazing. the small little amenities offered in the home made the place more relaxing. It does get a bit warm in the house during the day but that’s why there is a pool to cool off in!!!!!
The house is super cute and cozy! The pool was clean and lovely! However, the road getting to the house was treacherous and should really be disclosed in the description of the house. One of us has a low profile car and barely made it.
Went for a girls weekend free of hubbys and kiddos and had a great time. If you’re looking for secluded and you’re used to country living this is the spot to go!
Girlfriend getaway perfect spot. The pool was closed for the season, and the hot tub was down after a storm but property management team was amazing with trying to fix it and having good communication. Would stay there again when it gets warmer for sure.
This property is perfect If you are looking to unplug and get away from the busy city! This trip was a Mother’s Day present for my best friend and I. We spent it at the barn house cooking, swimming, reading and watching movies. It was definitely a reset. The house had a warming boho/zen vibe that made it even more relaxing!
This place is just what we needed. Away from the city and nice, clean, cool pool to relax in and the hot tub did not disappoint. So glad we were able to spend our anniversary here. The upstairs does tend to get a bit warm so crank up the fans before you head to bed. Do go very slowly getting closer to the home there is an unpaved piece of road and definitely recommend a 4x4 vehicle. All in all it was a fun place to stay at. We truly enjoyed ourselves here. It’s a beautiful, secluded, private area. Recommend for sure.
My friends and I visited this beautiful property for a friend's birthday. The secluded house provided a beautiful escape from our busy schedules for an intimate weekend. I'd advise to drive slowly and carefully when coming up to the house as the dirt road is very bumpy. Otherwise, no complaints with this house.
My best friend and I had the pleasure of staying here for a little staycation last weekend. It was absolutely therapeutic. Every little detail and then some have been thought out. The beds and pillows were the best I’ve ever used and the sound machine took our sleeping experience to the next level. We’re planning on making this at least an annual stay going forward and cannot wait to book our next trip! I can’t say enough good things about it.
Emphasis on rough and bumpy road and mostly dirt once you leave Hwy. Once you get there it is a secluded ,quiet place, very clean inside and out, pool and hot tub also.Liked the musical stuff upstairs.Comfortable beds upstairs but only one bathroom and it’s downstairs.Everything thing worked.Would recommend if you don’t mind a very bumpy rod and a out of the way place
My wife and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was very quiet, peaceful and my wife enjoyed the garden. Additionally, we enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Both were clean and seemed to be well maintained. We highly recommend staying. Something to note: the roads to the location are unpaved so you may want to consider driving a SUV if you are going to stay here. It was no issue at all in our 4Runner.

Anniversary stay
I communicated the issues with housekeeping to the Property Management group. The outdoor areas were pleasant. The hot tub was hot. The portion of unpaved road was not a big issue and we appreciated it being addressed in the listing. The property is secluded. Having the one bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs was an issue for us - age related. The kitchen had all of the supplies you would need. The property is located within 30 minutes of Johnson Coty, Wimberly and Canyon Lake.
It’s an absolute super cute and private little gem hidden at the end of a bumpy dirt road. It is rather small but more than enough for two people, or even with a child. Upon arrival the hot tub was heated and everything was clean and cozy. The owners and managers went overboard with thousands little soaps, shampoos and clean towels. We loved the little music room! If we would throw in our little nitpicking but constructive 2 cents for improvement; a tiny little table next to the hot tub and instructions how to turn on the outside party lights. Other than that, it’s beautiful and we’re definitely will come back.
