The tours picking up at bus stop needs to be widely communicated to guests! Front desk is relatively non-chalant in telling guests that pick up could be at lobby when in my experience it never is. In fact every tour I took says they must pick up at bus stop. Please let the guests know that instead of nonchalantly saying yes to them when they ask if pick up is at lobby. They could be missing a tour with that response!

The property is well renovated and the lobby is fantastic. The noise coming from the club next to the hotel is very loud until 4 in the morning ( I stayed a Saturday). Too bad because the hotel is in the center of the touristic sector and well kept.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and extremely helpful! Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. The morning of our departure, our ride to the airport had to cancel last minute, but reception was quickly able to secure a new van for our large group and held our luggage in a secure room while we walked around Reykjavik. Overall, a very nice stay!

It was very clean, a lot of the tours pick you up directly from the hotel since it is a main stop, airport drop off takes you to hotel and picks you up. The staff was very nice when I messaged them and very informative when I asked how to get to the hotel from the airport. I highly recommend
