"We had a great time and the resort was in a nice, convenient location. People at the front desk were very friendly. Lobby and public areas were clean and well kept. The only downside was that the rooms are very outdated so it doesn’t look as pleasant or feel very clean"

The beach was pretty small and they charge $75 for the staff to put an umbrella and chairs out for you, which i think is crazy, especially that we're already paying a resort fee. I wish that pricing was more transparent when we booked it. They also had a free music event on the grounds which was nice to watch. Our room was a partial ocean view king on the 10th floor"

The staff was mostly great- ironically the one person that was kind of rude was at the concierge desk. The wait staff and housekeeping staff was great. We would stay here again. If I were to nitpick something it would be that some of the room service food was disappointing. It seemed to have sat a while prior to delivery. Overall, this was expensive, but probably worth the expense given how nice the property was."
