Hotel is close to everything but the cleaning lady woke me up at 8am due to the blows she was giving the door with the vacuum cleaner, also beds are so hard, hotel needs an improvement in al the rooms and carpets, looks dirty and smell

We have no complaints. The room was clean, bed good, noise issues from the toilet in the rest of the room and some leakage of water from the shower.
All the staff were lovely and breakfasts very good

Great location and the room was perfect, enough space for all of us with an en-suite as well, shower was hot and powerful. The check in process was very easy and (although we didn’t use them) the option to leave bags in lockers was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay here!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk into a private entrance into the back of the park. Wonderful breakfast buffet too with a variety of options to choose from.
