Property is located on the waterfront, so nice location. Staff promptness to answering calls was slow to not at all. Breakfast was included in my room rate, so quality of food available was good not great. Also breakfast service staff was quite busy so response times for coffees and breakfast orders was quite slow.
Vegetarian food options are literally non existent in their room service or restaurant menus - so if you are vegetarian, be prepared to eat outside or order food in. Will look for better hotel options in Oslo next time!!

1. No boiling water kettle and coffee mugs in the guest rooms. You must request.
2. No changing of towels unless you ask and pay for them.
3. Around the hotel building is quite dirty.
