This hotel was beyond our expectations. Our suite was large, comfortable & spotless. The kind front desk lady let us check in early. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious. The desk got us a taxi for departure at train station. Our only regret was not staying longer. We loved this hotel & will stay here again happily.

Spoleto surprise

The staff was exceptionally helpful and very courteous. The location was also well-situated on the edge of the old town of Spoleto and within walking distance to our favorite ristorantes and shops.

komfortabelt hotel med god billigenhed centralt i byen. Fint værelse med god udsigt. Hele hotellet virker dog lidt slidt og træt, og det virker ikke som om der er gjort noget i mange år. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, intet varmt mad som man ellers ville kunne forvente på et 4 stjernet hotel.

Loved the hotel. Most staff helpful. Called taxi for us. We asked for price upfront to exact address. Said 100 euros. Ended up being 150 euros. They gave us "discount" to 130. Hotel should guarantee price with local taxis or pay difference.

La struttura è bella, situata in un punto molto bello di Spoleto, peccato che il personale, soprattutto quello del ristorante dell'albergo era poco sorridente e non molto propositivo. La colazione inclusa nella prenotazione è sublime, abbondanza di scelte, dal dolce al sabato. Pernottamento e prima colazione, sono consigliati!

We had an excellent stay in August 2023! We loved our very comfortable room, the beautiful breakfast (and the wonderful waitresses), having dinner at the restaurant (great food!) and the location! We would highly recommend Hotel Dei Duchi and stay there again!!

Molto bene

Struttura un po' datata ma pulitissima, in ordine, posizione invidiabile e parcheggio annesso su prenotazione (Comodissima l'opzione dei tapis roulants meccanizzati da vicino parcheggio convenzionato). Camere spaziose e letto enorme. Colazione migliorabile secondo me, uova strapazzate non possono mancare in un 4 stelle, cosi' come qualche campana in piu' sul buffet sarebbe gradita. Comunque assolutamente all'altezza .

The hotel was very convenient to everything and the carpark was very easy to navigate to which is often hard in any historical area. We had a junior suite which was lovely with a balcony and view. The one issue was the room wasn't very soundproof as could hear people walking around above us. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Tutto perfetto

Ottimo hotel in prossimità del centro storico di Spoleto. Parcheggio interno poco capiente o esterno convenzionato a 5 euro per giorno. Camera ampia e pulita. Colazione varia e abbondante. Hotel da considerare se siete in zona.

Esperienza non bellissima, sono dovuto andare a parcheggiare fuori dal centro storico e poi tornare a piedi. Lavori in corso in albergo e ascensore fuori uso. La ricevuta che mi serve per il rimborso aziendale non mi è stata data per intero importo anche per scorrettezza vostra perché se pago 94 non posso avere la ricevuta dall hotel di 82. Bellissimo hotel all'interno del paese situato in una posizione strategica che ti permette di visitare la città di Spoleto. L'hotel è all'entrata della zona ZTL non attiva nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati L'hotel avendo pochi parcheggi, si devono richiedere al momento della prenotazione Abbiamo consumato la cena al ristorante gustandoci l'ottima cucina dello Chef. Ottima la colazione dove non mancava nulla dal dolce al salato, frutta e molta varietà di bevande Ottimo il servizio e camere pulite. Che dire sicuramente da consigliare e dove ritornare.
