Beautiful pool villa with views

Unbeatable location 15 minutes drive from wonderful Spoleto. Completely undisturbed and overlooking the green Umbria. Gently decorated with respect for the house and the history of the area with a Scandinavian twist.
The space
The house is built on the remains of an old fortification post for the defense of the Duchy of Spoleto. Everything has been modernized and the house has just undergone a major renovation. Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the house and Sonos music system.

Beautiful house in wonderful surroundings

Wonderful house in beautiful surroundings. This old house has been renovated with great care and interior is beautiful and of very high quality. All you need to cook and to relax inside and outside. Hosts extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful area.
