Apartment was as good as pictures. Cozy convenient retreat. Quick access to downtown Spokane. All amenities needed nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely stay there again.

Travel Nurse Stay

I came across this property and was able to book quickly last minute due to a change in travel plans. Host was very kind, understanding, and quick to respond with any questions/issues I had. The apartment was clean and orderly when I arrived, however there were dried lip stains on almost all the mugs in the cabinet. No big deal, I just washed them myself. Aside from that, I have no complaints regarding cleanliness. Noise was a bit of a problem. My neighbor was noisy and would often bang on the walls at all hours, day and night, making it difficult for me to get some decent sleep. Host was quick to respond and act when I reached out about this issue. I did get my days mixed up and slept through check-out (sorry Linda). Host was incredibly helpful in granting me a day's extension and assisted me with this process. The only thing I wish there was would be a vacuum! There was a broom and pan provided, but a vacuum would have been slightly more convenient. If it wasn't for the lip stains and the noise, I'd have given this property a 5/5!
