This street level condo offers 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, in-unit washer and dryer, Heating/AC, private outdoor patio, 4k TV’s in every room, and high-speed WiFi.

THE PROPERTY:
The Downriver Condo offers a comfortable and convenient retreat with two well-equipped bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a private bathroom with double vanity, a luxury memory foam king bed, a 4K Smart TV, and climate control with AC/Heat. The second bedroom offers a memory foam queen bed, a 4K Smart TV, and its own AC/Heat unit for maximum comfort. The home includes two full bathrooms with tub/shower combination.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts standard appliances and a Keurig Duo coffee maker with complimentary K-pods and grounds. A dining table with seating for four creates the perfect space for meals or gatherings. The living room is designed for relaxation with a couch featuring two reclining seats, an AC/Heat unit, and a 50" 4K Smart TV for your entertainment.

For added convenience, guests enjoy three available parking spots directly in front of the unit, just steps from the front door, as well as complimentary bed and bath essentials, washer pods, and dryer sheets. A private patio with a BBQ provides an outdoor space for relaxation.
