Only negative thing to say was having to pay for parking which wasn't clear before booking. Otherwise the facility was very secure, modern and comfortable!
We needed a place close to the Convention Center that wasn't too expensive. This fit the bill exactly! Quiet, clean, all the amenities! Parked in a pay lot behind the building. Close to shopping and the river front too!
This apartment couldn't be better for downtown Spokane. Clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, just the best. Walk to everything from here. I'll be staying again on my next visit!
Great and clean place to stay!! Very central! Quick response time! Tons of people mention the parking, but I think it’s to be expected in a city. Thanks for the comfy stay!
Very clean and convenient stay close to downtown. The security safety features made us feel safe and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the parking situation. Wish it was more convenient but overall we would stay here again every time we visit.
I rented this for myself and three adult family members attending a family member’s wedding. A very nice, clean, safe apartment within walking distance of many activities. We were able to park the rental car across the street in a parking garage. Highly recommend!
Very convenient location for Gonzaga drop-off. Parking is a little bit of an inconvenience given the moving around of the car but not bad. Noisy spot but the sound machine work well at night to drown out some of the noise. Also, the beds are very comfortable which also helps with a good nights sleep.
All in all a good location. I’d stay here again.
Our group of 3 adults visited Spokane for a medical procedure. The apartment is a safe, clean, comfortable space with 2 separate bedrooms (including flat screen tv's) and a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!
This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and tidy yet had everything we needed. The location was right downtown next to the event center and we had tickets to a show there. We walked everywhere. We had our boys with who are 16. They enjoyed the river park and taking lots of great pictures!
It just so happened that we were in town on the Lunar New Year and while at the apartment it turned out we saw the whole fireworks show out our bedroom window. It was magical!
The apartments are also very quiet. There was a family with small children next to us and although we could hear them when we were in the hall (which was not a big deal), once we were in our apartment we did not hear a peep.
This place is great. I will definitely recommend to friends and family needing to stay in Spokane

The 2 bedroom/sofa sleeper was a great option for 3 ladies traveling together. Clean and very comfortable! Location was ideal! Would stay there again over a hotel! Parking was free on the street from 8pm - 7am.
Very good use of building space. Very nice surprise and quiet. Some dedicated parking outside the building or an arrangement for parking in the lot east of the Brazilian restaurant would make this PERFECT.
Everything was really awesome, a great place to stay! Close to downtown, parking at the hotel across the street, clean, effecient and organized. The apartment was well appointed for our needs and we really enjoyed the space. The reason I put a three star on communications were two-fold: 1. The address to the destination is buried in the email and that was stressful. I had to stop and really read the email to find the destination address. That may sound petty, but when you have a high-paced life and you are on the go, the two things you need at the top whilel you are multi-tasking is the address, and the#2. Code to enter into the building. There is no service desk so you need lots of codes to ingress/egress the building, the elevator and the apartment. Once we got all that figured out it was GREAT and I will book it again, -for sure!THANK YOU!

Loud noise
The room was nice but being downtown off Riverside Blvd was horrible. We heard cars racing late at night and the parking situation was horrible

NO PARKING!!! And if you happen to find parking on the street, you have to wake up 7 am to go pay for the darn parking meter so you won’t get a ticket. Can go walk in downtown for more than two hours cause you constantly have to run back to pay another round to the meter. Really loud outside. And with closed windows you can hear people screaming and loud music playing. Couldn’t get the heater to work. Elevator kept getting stuck and wouldn’t go anywhere. Every person that came in punched in their code and couldn’t get the elevator to go. Left an emergency message and got a response only the following day when it was too late.
Great location for any conventions and downtown Spokane activities. This is a great property.
Plan to park next door at the Davenport Grand, currently $22 per night. I plan to stay here again in the future.
