They have the most comfortable and fluffy blankets. The house is nice, and clean. Love the cola benches! They let us bring our dog. There's a nice big yard. Cute neighborhood!
We had to cut our visit short due to a plumbing issue that was going to take some time to resolve. Our host Lisa was very gracious and accommodating. It’s a cute little older house with good heating and a nicely remodeled walk in shower. Budget travelers like us will be happy.
It was perfect for my needs - the workhorse of a window air conditioner kept the place cool even with temps in high 90s. Communication was fabulous and quick!!Backyard was great for the dogs and bed was comfortable!Very clean and tidy!!!
Cozy little retreat away from the bustle but still close enough to get everything easily. Very clean. Hosts were great at keeping in touch with us.

Dirty
Place was dirty, dust everywhere. Pulled out dishes to cook and had to wash them first because they were not clean. I put that there was 3 adults and a dog. The owner charged me an extra 200. Things needed to be repaired throughout the whole house.

I really hate doing this, but this place was pretty rough. First though, the host was very friendly and helpful, responsive. But the house was very dirty, like kind of gross actually. It hadn't been vacuumed. Short-haired dog hair everywhere. There was a musty, dog had been here, kinda smell. The rugs were gritty and dirty. It was a little dusty too. There was make up from the previous people under the bed. There were crumbs in the couch. Not even a full roll of toilet paper. Scratchy towels, and one still on a hanger, presumably from the previous guests. The wifi didn't work except for maybe 25% of the time, I had to mobile hotspot from my phone. I was really disappointed. But the heat worked great. All utilities worked fine. Host was friendly. Don't like posting negative ones, but this place needs some attention. I'd say more of a 85 per night place.

Misleading pictures and amenities
The property has a wheelchair ramp (which is not secured and can be picked up and moved) leading me to believe that i could bring my mom who is in a wheelchair. Upon arrival we discovered that although we could get my mom into the house, the doorways were too small to allow the wheelchair through any doorway, bedroom or bathroom. This forced my mother to stay in the livingroom for the whole visit and I had to take her to a store everytime she had to use the bathroom. When i told the owners this they told me to leave the property and find a hotel, this was not an option in our situation and the owners were rude and got upset with me. In addition the amenities listed a hot tub and playground which were not there, when mentioned to owners they deleted them and told me i was wrong.
Great location for visiting our family members. Excellent communication for check in and the owner even reached out after check in to make sure we had everything we needed.
Beautiful well-stocked kitchen and remodeled bath is lovely.
Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Fenced in backyard with picnic table for quiet morning coffee. Smart lock meant not having to keep track of a key.
Will stay here again when coming to Spokane.
We needed a place close to my father's house , this cute little house was only 5 minutes away . It's been nicely remodeled. The beds are super comfy . We will be staying again. Lisa is a great vrbo host .
