It was very comfortable for our needs..Jeff answered all of our questions quickly and was very kind. The neighbor is quiet and a great place to take a walk.
We had a great stay at this cute and quiet home near the river that had everything we needed. The neighbors were all vey nice and the property manager was prompt in any questions. We enjoyed having space rather then squeezing into a hotel room and enjoyed walking to the river and to a near coffee shop while staying here for March Madness.
I was so thankful for a place with 3 bedrooms since we had the whole family in town for graduation. The space was exactly as listed and plenty of shared space and private rooms. Well worth the price and the location was less than 10 minutes to the event.
We were in town for a 90th birthday celebration and we were grateful for the pack n play and high chair. The house was clean and was perfect for our family to spread and have space. We enjoyed the walkability to coffee cafe and park. We were in close proximity to the birthday location. We appreciated hearing from the owners/property manager to check-in on us and making sure we had what we needed. We will be back!
Perfect weekend with the wife, sister in law, and 4 kids
This property had everything that we could ask for. A coffee maker, tvs, comfortable beds, space for the kids to play outside in a fenced in yard, very nice appliances, and very good water pressure in the showers. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There were friendly neighbors on all sides of the house. Our trip to Spokane was as good as they come. Would definitely recommend this for any family.
We were in town for a baseball tournament. The neighborhood was friendly and easy to go for short or long walks. Giant park within walking distance. Great little cafe also within walking distance and even some dining. We had a teenager, toddler and baby. Teen got the entire downstairs and the small ones were upstairs. Really kid friendly (with the gate up to the stairs!). We would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to anyone. It was wonderful!
Everything was great! Only one minor exception. Just wished we had a couple more blankets. Downstairs is really cold but felt nice at the same time. Just wanted a couple more blankets to use.
We could not have been happier with the property manager, Jeff. He was very helpful and prompt to communicate every step of the way. Everything was accurate on the listing and he did everything possible to ensure that the whole process was smooth and easy. The house was exactly what we needed and the kids all loved the space and having the bunk beds and room to play. There was not one problem and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
This is a small house that was efficiently remodeled to handle a lot of people. It would be perfect for 3 couples...or two families with kids (because two rooms have bunk beds). It could function as an upstairs/downstairs arrangement because each floor has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and big screen TV. The kitchen is well appointed, but the dining room table is small. There is a great backyard picnic area (if the weather is nice).
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Walking along the golf course offers views of the Spokane River. The location is perfect for events at Spokane Falls CC. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown.
Everything was good…. Good location, clean house. Here are my negatives: 1. Two of our guests were 6’4”. The ceiling height in the basement was low, especially the area with the air vent; 2. We rented for two days or 48 hours, but we were asked to check in at 4 pm and check by 10 am. So, in actuality, we rented the place for 42 hours. Not fair.; and 3. The light switches were hard to find in the dark
Very well maintained, we came in late we didn’t have much time to stop for food , but the next morning there was coffee in the kitchen with sugar and creamer ready to made. I love the spot where the house was located, bigger enough, beds were comfortable. Kitchens space was minimum but have most of what a person can used to cook a meal. Love this place.
Nice house with great guest. House was just what the three of us needed for our stay.
The house was just right for three adults. Our adult son enjoyed having the basement to himself. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood is. We also enjoyed watching the squirrels. They put on quite a show!!
The guest was fantastic. Thanks again.
The property manager responded to our many spiders issue and had someone come out to spray. We didn’t see a spider after that. Very grateful that the kitchen had salt and pepper!!!!

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Heat, bugs, unresponsive host
Lousy responsiveness. Every request was met with “I’ll check with the team.” And then you wait another day…
No A/C for 4 days. We wasted two days asking how to adjust the thermostat. Response was “hope you figured it out.” After three days, temp inside was over 80 with A/C on continuously. We couldn’t sleep it was so hot inside.
Broken dishwasher. Kitchen looks nice but neither dishwasher nor ice maker worked. No ice trays, either.
No screens on windows. When we asked we were told “if they aren’t there they aren’t there.” Huh? No A/C, so we were forced to open windows anyway and live with the bugs.
Cookware desperately needs replacement.
Furniture looks nice but isn’t comfortable.
Kitchen reno wasn’t thought through. You need a step stool (none provided, of course) to reach the glassware!
And then they insulted us with a $50 peace offering. Geez!
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It was small, but the space felt maximized and the decor was cute. The neighborhood was very nice for walking (except for the major road construction going on in front of the home) and was close to the river and several highly rated restaurants. Property manager was not super quick to respond, we had some trouble getting the check in instructions (turns out they were in my spam folder, under a name not related to vrbo), but it all worked out and we had a great weekend. I only wish houses would allow for a later checkout- 10am is very early to get a family packed up and out.
The communication with the owner was excellent. The process was easy and the team of 10 girls playing basketball at Gonzaga enjoyed staying together. Gonzaga is close by. One coached stayed with the girls. Note that at the end of your stay you will be asked for simple check out tasks like removing sheets, starting laundry, loading and starting the dishwasher and taking out the trash. All to be expected. The laundry (bedding and towels) would take a long time to complete. I asked the girls to tell me one thing they would improve and they said the smell downstairs. That was not a hang up for them though, they would for sure stay in this rental again. It saved the team approximately $400 to $500 even with purchasing breakfast food over $200 per night motels. They stayed in this vrbo for 2 nights.
Rented the house for a weekend stay. Perfect size for 2 adults, 3 teenagers. House was clean, beds comfortable, nice areas for dining. Convenient location, close to theater and downtown, and north side. Would rent again.
