Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

In Spokane with another dad for our daughter's volleyball weekend tournament. The apartment was clean, relaxing and quiet. Location was fine as it allowed access to downtown in 15 min or so and access to some fishing lakes for me in the early mornings. Worked out great!

Everything that you'd need for the aforementioned activities was provided, communication with property hosts were easy and fanswered frequently when called upon. We stayed in this property for a week and it was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the things for cooking, about 5 min or less to Hwy 90 for easy access and close to grocery store. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in the area again! Property management was very responsive as well.

The property had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay. It is a very nice unit! located on a quiet street but close to restaurants and stores. The owners were always very quick to answer our questions and were very accommodating. I left a book in the unit by mistake and they were extremely helpful when we returned to the property after checkout to get the book. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Very quiet and free parking. Upper floor/end unit. Looks out onto a playground. Hosts checked in with me several during my stay to make sure all was okay. I'll be booking this apartment again in the future.
