Loved this cute perfect size home and it was walking distance to Rockwood Bakery which I really enjoyed. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed (I slept in the king size bed). Really enjoyed my stay over Christmas!!

Very clean and comfortable place. The Taphouse just down the road has excellent food and service!
The proper was clean, well appointed and a very relaxing place to stay. It was the perfect base for us to visit family, close to every necessity, and the property owner was great with communication. We look forward to visiting again soon!
This property was absolutely beautiful. The onlone description and pictures do not do it justice, much more beautiful in person. The hoat was aweso.w, replying to our questions quickly. Thanks for making our visit with family magical.
We enjoyed our time with the location to parks and the city. We prefer staying on the hill when in Spokane, this was perfect for us. I love the hall ceiling lights cover and of course front door stained glass.
We stayed over a long weekend to attend a college graduation. The house has lots of charm and character but also has the modern amenities such as a dishwasher and good WiFi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Clean, comfortable, and well appointed home, in a great location, with a responsive and helpful host. We stayed twice, at the start and end of a week-long trip. It could not have been better.
This charming house was perfect for out weekend get -away. It is located on a main street, making it easy to get to our adventures, yet it was quiet. It was furnished with everything we needed, I was imptrssed with the quality of the furniture.
My husband and daughter stayed at this home over valentines weekend. The house is cute! We had plenty of space. It was snowing during our stay and someone showed up and shoveled the driveway! The beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy cottage
This cozy cottage was perfect for a sister getaway. The cottage was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, however, we were not able to enjoy the backyard due to over grown vegetation.
This house was super clean, centrally located, and the owner was very communicative. We were happy to come home to it every evening after long, activity filled days. Highly recommend and I’d book again if I return to Spokane.
Super cute little home with a wonderful king size bed and everything we needed. We walked to the store, brew pub, and great pizza at republic pi! House had everything we needed- nicely updated but still kept some vintage charm. Close to our friends home so we walked everywhere. A great stay!
From the welcome board at the front door to the little details of automatic accent lights coming on at night, this house was well decorated, clean, comfortable and convenient. I will stay there if I’m back in Spokane.
We came to town for an extended family reunion & needed a place for our small family. This house was in a great location, adorably updated, and fit the bill perfectly. My daughter loved finding the game cabinet! My first time w/VRBO and the host was super kind while communicating the process with me.
Absolutely comfortable. Didn't spend a lot of time in home since we were in town for a family wedding but it was perfect for our needs. Very clean and very comfortable.
Driveway was tricky.
The bed in the second bedroom was little lumpy feeling and may need updating.
Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the property.
Thank you for making our trip easy and comfortable.
This home was a super nice place to stay. The area was quiet except for the cars driving by which is mostly during the day. The beds were comfortable, the decor had a rustic type charm. It sorta reminds one of grandmas house. We loved it and we thank the owners for their fast responses to all our inquiries. (One thing to be aware of, the driveway needs updating. It does ok with a smaller type car so we were glad we didn't bring our truck)
Enjoyed our three day stay. Comfortable beds. Nice laundry equipment. Nicely decorated -- tasteful. Would stay again. Owner is working on landscaping. Very narrow driveway that we found a bit challenging, but probably typical of homes of that vintage. Although on a busy street, house was surprisingly quiet. Some info about TV remote controls would be helpful -- perhaps obvious to the younger generation but challenging to us old folks. Happy with our stay. Everything we needed for our visit to Spokane. Great location for us -- halfway between daughter's and granddaughter's houses.
The main thing for me is a comfortable sleep and it was. I slept in the back bedroom and slept great. The house was comfortable, love the sofa recliner in the living room. The only drawback was a very busy street. I had to find it on a very rainy dark night and with the traffic, it took me a while. But that was the only issue I had. I loved walking through the beautiful neighborhoods in the morning looking at the houses. I'd stay there again.
What a gem! From the moment I walked in to cool A/C, a warm welcome greeting on a chalk board and fresh flowers on the table, I knew I was 'home'. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee, tea, and hot cocao pods at the ready. Wow! Everything is clean, comfortable, and of good quality. There is an outdoor deck and a backyard seating area where I enjoyed watching squirrels run up and down the trees. The host responded immediately when I had a special request. I highly recommend this house as "the best place to stay on the south hill"
We Stayed here during my daughters brain surgery. Long, long days in the hospital and coming to this home in the evenings was the best. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The owners make sure your every need is tended to in your home away from home. A beautiful flower bouquet was on the dining room table as our wedding anniversary happened on one night ofcour stay. Such generous, kind touches mean the world when you are under severe stress. Another reviewer complained the driveway needed updated and not to bring a truck. We had to drive our truck and had no problems utilizing the driveway at all. We will definitely return next time we are in Spokane.
