The Canon Hill Cottage

  • Keep it easy with this great location in a peaceful South Hill neighborhood! It is only a 4 minute drive up the hill from I-90. Access downtown activities or main hospitals in a snap. There is also a lovely park just a half block away along with miles of hiking/mountain biking trails along the bluff.

    Two queen beds, two twin beds, two full bathrooms. Perfect for two couples to stay with privacy or a larger family! Kitchen, laundry, two living spaces with smart TVs.

    New renovated and updated spaces make this house easy and comfortable!

    There is off street parking in driveway and street parking available.

    *During winter road conditions, all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended as it is with all South Hill driving.

    This is a quiet and safe neighborhood in an amazing location with easy access to many Spokane attractions.
