Great location but Hard to find if you are checking in after dark. Its the first set of doors from the corner. Go to the door, buzzer has small sign on it. It looks like your at an apartment building and not hotel. Close to everything. Nice and quiet! Staff was really nice.
On arrival we had concerns from the appearance in the street. However, this all changed once inside. There are just 4 rooms. Priska Luxury Rooms is just that. Our room was superbly decorated and furnished as was one of the other rooms we looked at during our stay. The staff could not do enough for us, even though they are not around all the time. Location was perfect with everything under 10 mins walk away. We booked the airport shuttle which was well worth it considering the location and other alternatives. We had a fantastic weeks holiday in Split, made all the more special by the quality of the hotel and their staff.

When we arrived we were greeted by Elena who was lovely and helpful. I was very shocked at the outside of the building and the entrance. I realy thought we were in wrong place. The building looks very bad and scruffy. The actual room is beautiful though and in the Centre of town and very quiet. We booked for breakfast and on arrival was given vouchers to go to a restaurant near by. I thought we were having the breakfast on site. I wouldn’t have rated this accommodation as 4 star considering the state of the building and entrance. But the room and Elena made up for it.
Beautiful modern clean room. Extremely quiet and with blackout drapes. A wonderful location on the edge of the old town within easy walking distance. We had the breakfast included which we didn't know was an option and received vouchers to go to a restaurant about 5 minutes away. On Sunday they didn't open until 9 and the other days 8. Our tours started at 7:45 and thus we missed several days of breakfast that we paid for which they said could not be refunded .This should be made clearer when booking.
Prisma was the perfect place to stay while visiting Split. It was beautiful, clean, spacious (big bathroom), all amenities, and, best of all, the innkeepers were especially helpful. Elena was particularly gracious and positive when we couldn't open our safe box early in the am before leaving. We thank her for all her help. The hotel is superb!
Very difficult to find – there is not even a plaque with its name on the building.
There is an outside parking nearby and you have to carry your bags a little bit.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the stay – it is located inside the pedestrianised zone, a short walk to all the interesting places in the centre of Split, it is nicely decorated, with quality materials, comfortable bed and good bathroom.
Ideal room for a couple. Stayed for a week and Elena and Karla couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Room was terrific, situated just a few minutes outside the main bustle of the Old Town. Nice decor, very clean and modern yet authentic feeling. Digital safe for valuables was great. Water is drinkable from the tap, air-con was a blessing in the 30 degree heat. Absolutely loved our stay here and will be back. Highly recommended.
Perfect little room, lots of extra little details on arrival which was very welcoming. Could not rate the staff more highly - very helpful and go above and beyond what is expected of them.
The room was very nice with all amenities needed. The on-site staff were amazing and always going the extra mile to assist. The property is on the back side of the historic district, but only a brief walk the the waterfront and other sites. My overall rating is about management. This property only accepts cash if you do not opt to pay when you book. We were told about this the day before check-out. Given the amount this property charges per night and the daily limits at ATMs, this was quite an inconvenience. The property did allow us to transfer money from our bank to theirs, but this took multiple calls and a bit of time to accomplish. I was told I was not the first guest to complain about this. I understand the desire to keep overhead low, but keep the customer in mind and include credit card fees in your rates.
