Prior Suites has great hosts and is in an unbeatable location. Right in the centre of everything and within 10 minutes walk to the bus/ferry stations. The building itself is a bit tired but once you are on the first floor (where the hotel is located) it’s very nice. We had a room with a balcony which we loved!

Great apartment in the heart of the palace

I stayed in Split for four nights. This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Diocletian's palace. Despite being so close to the main squares, it was very quiet and easy to get good sleep on a comfortable bed. The unit was very basic, but very well maintained. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This apartment is conveniently located for everything Split has to offer. I would stay here again! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us well. The apartment is large with basic accommodations but the location is superb!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host met us at the property and escorted us to our room. He provided a map of the old city and explained where some of the attractions are. The property is in the old city and all attractions are easily accessible. The host also arranged for transportation to the airport at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommended this property.

Our flight was delayed, but the hosts kindly arranged our airport transfer and greeted us at the apartment despite our late check-in. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent! Best location, spacious room, v clean, good AC, and helpful and welcoming host, who gave great restaurant recommendations. It was really convenient being right in the centre of Split, and the rooms were still v quiet. The suites were modern and well maintained, even though in an old traditional building.
