Not Senior minded. Needs grip bar & anti-slip floor In shower. A lot of stairs to get to room. Parking is several blocks away uphill. Area is graffiti ridden. Location is great. 5 minute walk to RIVA. Mngr on site.

Clean, Modern Apartment in Great Location
This apartment is fantastic. It is only a 5 minute walk from Old Town Split. Street parking is free and only a 5 minute walk. The host was very friendly and helpful providing information about the area. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location - near main bus station and tourist attractions. Quiet during the night and away from crowd. Felt rather safe nonetheless with some crowd and not too far from the main street. Staff/ owner was very accomodating on flexible check in and answering my queries. Toilet was well maintained and so was the room. Rather spacious and good living space.

Fantastic, clean rooms right by Diocletian’s Palace. Everything you need is in walking distance. They also let us store our bag and waited after hours to check us in when delays pushed our arrival back.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a few days in Split. The room was well organized and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Also, the room had a modern colorful decor, which was very nice. The location was perfect and only a few minures by walking to the old town. Also, the property offers airport service. So, the owner was there on time and picked me up. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment

Davor and Danijela were extremely friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. The shower was nice and big too. The location is very good and the old town is about a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again!
