This cosy apartment is situated in quiet residential neighborhood (called Špinut) within walking distance from the Old Town (15 min). Marjan forest park with its famous beach Bene is very close (10 min) and it is ideal place for jogging, cycling, and swimming. "Poljud" stadium where Ultra Europe festival is organized is also within walking distance ( 5 min) from the apartment.
The space
The apartment is 35 m2 and it is very well organized. It features a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Living room has a sofa bed for two. The apartment is equipped with wireless Internet, complete set of dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer and we also offer bed linen and towels.
Guest access
The guests have the entire apartment.
Other things to note
My mother lives in the apartment next door to the apartment and lobby entrance is same for both apartments. She is always available to help if is there something missing in the apartment or you need other assistance.
