"It is a beautiful property and the staff is very helpful. They do have a nice restaurant and I did enjoy the yoga classes. You do have to arrange transportation to go off property but they will help you with that. I only say this so you can plan on that added expense. I would visit again."

"My family just returned from 4 nights at this property. It had everything we needed to make it a great stay. The property was clean, well air conditioned and the views were amazing. Bring water shoes for trips down to the water. Transportation from the house to various spots on the island is very expensive so prepare for that. Our host was very responsive. Bermudians are some of the nicest people out there. Great stay!"

"No complaints, everything was amazing and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday there and they did so many nice things to make it special. The room was a dream, the views are to die for, and the food was incredible. Our meal at Sul Verde was a highlight of the trip, highly recommend! There are so many things to do on-site, there is no possibility of being bored. Bermuda is amazing and Rosewood was icing on the (birthday) cake. I really hope we can visit again someday! "

"I travel to Bermuda on business several times a year and have stayed at a host of different places from resorts/hotels to rentals and this one is hands down the best so far.Spacious and clean with all of the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The water pressure was the best I've experience on island and having a grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away was super convenient (although it is closed on Sundays).Austin was a great host and I plan on staying with him again!"

"my husband and I were looking for a nice cozy place to stay for 8 nights in Bermuda and we found it. Everything you need is right here. Having a charging station for our EV on property made it VERY convenient, the hosts are very responsive to communication and you cant beat having a sweet dog like Tilly on property! The pool is a beautiful spot to have morning coffee, or even take a plunge. And Smiths Bay Beach is very close - definitely walkable, but we preferred to drive, and it ended up being one of our favorite spots to go. We love the neighborhood of Smiths Parrish.
