You`ll love staying at The Fireside Fun Cabin at Bridges Bay Resort. This vacation cabin offers six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Resort waterpark and pools with each reservation. Conveniently located close to the cabin entrance, across the street from the fishing pond and just steps away from the cabin area private pool. The home offers a main floor bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom just across the hall. Also on the main level is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with smart TV. Off the dining area is a private patio with private back yard, a propane grill, and additional seating. The living provides a full sized klick clack for extra sleeping. The second level offers another full bathroom with tub and two additional sleeping spaces. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and the sleeping loft offers two full sized beds and a twin bed. This property can sleep a total of ten guests. Bridges Bay Resort boasts two restaurants, swim up bar, indoor waterpark, outdoor pool with slides, zipline, basketball court, and arcade,
Just across the bridge you will find grocery stores and convenience stores to stock up for your stay, restaurants, bars and local shopping. Don’t forget to head down Broadway Street and spend the day at the Iconic Amusement Park, catch a free concert every Saturday night at the Green Space during the summer months just bring your chair. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
