Enjoy a peaceful private setting between Big Spirt and East Lake with plenty of outdoor space to relax and play. Located just 1 mile from downtown Spirit Lake, less than 15 minutes from Arnolds Park, a boat launch less than a mile away, and a trail system alongside the property
